Public request privacy

Privacy Notice

This notice explains how information submitted through the public Factory Flow Systems planning questionnaire is handled.

Effective July 22, 2026
On this page Information collected How information is used Supporting files Protection and access Retention and deletion Your choices Contact

Information collected

The planning questionnaire may collect business contact information, company and operational details, requested workflows, department and user needs, equipment or process descriptions, selected system capabilities, and optional supporting files. The service also records a request reference number, consent version, submission timestamps, a shortened browser description, and a privacy-preserving hash used for abuse prevention.

Do not submit passwords, private keys, payment-card data, protected health information, or information unrelated to planning the requested business system.

How information is used

Factory Flow Systems uses submitted information to review requirements, contact the requester, prepare for consultation, evaluate project fit, develop a proposal, protect the service, resolve delivery problems, and maintain an accountable request history. Public intake information is not sold or rented.

Submitting the questionnaire starts a planning conversation. It does not create a contract, subscription, price guarantee, or commitment to provide services.

Supporting files

Optional files are validated and stored outside the public website directory under randomized server filenames. Before submission, they remain in temporary draft storage. After successful submission, they move to protected storage associated with the request reference number. They are not attached to confirmation emails.

Protection and access

Factory Flow Systems uses commercially reasonable safeguards designed to protect intake information, including encrypted web transport, server-side validation, anti-forgery controls, rate limiting, role-protected administration, private file storage, audit events, and restricted file downloads. No information system can guarantee absolute security.

Only authorized Factory Flow Systems personnel with an operational need are permitted to review public request details and supporting files.

Retention and deletion

Temporary files from abandoned drafts are removed automatically after the draft period. Submitted requests and files receive a retention date based on current administrative settings. Authorized personnel may archive requests that are no longer active and may permanently delete them when retention, legal, security, and business requirements allow.

Your choices

Supporting files are optional and can be removed before submission. You may ask Factory Flow Systems to correct business contact details or review a submitted request for deletion by providing the request reference number. Some information may need to be retained for security, dispute, legal, or recordkeeping purposes.

The questionnaire uses a session cookie for security and local browser storage to save a draft on the device. Clearing browser storage removes the locally saved answers; it does not delete a request that has already been submitted.

Contact

Questions or requests about public intake information can be sent to sales@factoryflowsystems.com. Include the request reference number when one is available.
